Installed a pool heater for us and so far so good. They ran into some issues due to work another company did and made the necessary changes. They took the time to review the unit with me. I will use them moving forward for all my mechanical work. Also very quick response.

First and foremost, great customer service from the technician. The problem with the company is the transparency of the prices in their labor and service fee. When called for a scheduling, I was not informed that I will be charged $119 for a service call when the job was done (first time calling a HVAC company). The job took 2hrs (1hr minimum in their policy) to complete to switch out the thermostat and contactor. The hourly labor rate is $139 and the technician had to wait for his friend to come by to figure out what was wrong with my AC unit. The total amount I spent on the thermostat, contactor, hourly labor, and service call fee was 808.81.

Could not be happier with the Air Tech Mechanical team!! The only reason I am giving them 5 stars is because it does not allow me to give them 10 stars. Joe made it all happen with one phone call and Keith, the on site tech was super to work with and very knowledgeable about my pool heater. He instantly found the problem, gave me the make and part number so I could order it myself and was back the day after the part arrived. Could not ask for better service!! Customer service and excellent workmanship is alive and well at Air Tech Mechanical !!

Airtech installed a complete system for me next day when my old furnace failed just before New Years. When my AC stopped cooling had technician out the second day. Problem was fixed promptly. Would recommend to anyone for residential HVAC (didn’t use other services). Joe is great to work with and ensures that work gets done correctly.
