Their customer service is great. They are great to communicate with. They get out to do repairs and a decent time. The pricing is very reasonable and they don’t leave the customer in the dark on not understanding how it works and what they are doing. Airtech installed a complete system for me next day when my old furnace failed just before New Years. When my AC stopped cooling had technician out the second day. Problem was fixed promptly. Would recommend to anyone for residential HVAC (didn’t use other services). Joe is great to work with and ensures that work gets done correctly.
